Planning into life days that it is okay to do absolutely nothing are the best. Give yourself permission to rest.

Have courage to sit down and share thoughts for others to see your perspective. You are uniquely you!
I’m inspired by Peggy Freydberg. She didn’t start writing poetry until she was 90. I am in love with the way she talks about old age. The title, On Growing Old, an excerpt from the Memoir Growing Up in Old Age, is a favorite. Older people and the wisdom of a life lived has always fascinated me. Check out her work and see what pictures you draw from her perspective on old age.

God led the plan forward. You have given me this vision to share, help me to bring it to fruition into the world. The intention for this next step in the process underway. I pray your blessings to cover the process. Amen.

Thank you, God, for the lesson being shone to me. Let me see it clearly. That I do not need to judge myself or have all the answers. There is nothing I am doing that brings about the blessings You have in store for me. Move me from the condemnation and self judgement to CONVICTION of going after the desires You place on my heart. Let me be still and listen to Your calling for me.
